A food factory needed precise temperature and humidity control across production zones, with HACCP-compliant traceability and simple operation for shift staff.

We assembled an automation cabinet with a Siemens PLC and a touch HMI panel that regulates ventilation and climate per zone, with process recipes, alarms and parameter logging.

03 / The result

Climate is kept within the required limits in each zone, with parameter historization for HACCP audits. Operators manage everything from a single interface.
