We collect only data you voluntarily provide when contacting us (name, phone, email, project description). The site does not use profiling cookies. We use aggregated analytics with no personal identification (Plausible).
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used exclusively to respond to commercial enquiries, prepare quotations and perform contracts. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Retention period
Commercial enquiry data is kept for a maximum of 24 months. Contractual data is retained as required by the accounting and tax legislation of the Republic of Moldova (minimum 10 years).
5. Your rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, deletion or portability of your data, as well as to withdraw consent. Send your request to office@habsev.md — we respond within 30 days.
6. Security
Data is stored on protected servers with restricted access. We use HTTPS and internal data minimisation policies.
